Open Talk ARCHI

The Architecture Study Program of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Mataram (Unram), organized an Open Talk event to provide students with comprehensive guidance on various important aspects of their academic journey. The event aimed to bridge communication between students and the study program, ensuring that students are well-prepared to face both academic and non-academic challenges ahead.

The event was held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at the DOME Building, University of Mataram. The keynote speaker was the Head of the Architecture Study Program, Dr. Ir. Rini S. Saptaningtyas, S.T., M.Sc., IPM., ASEAN Eng., who delivered an in-depth presentation on the program’s vision and mission, as well as the importance of students’ roles.

The program continued with discussion sessions led by coordinators, covering crucial topics such as the Final Project, Internship Program (PKL), and Field Study (KKL). These sessions provided clear insights into the procedures and requirements of each compulsory course, helping students better plan their academic paths.

In addition, the Chair of the Architecture Student Association (HMA) was given the opportunity to deliver a presentation and lead a discussion. This session introduced the role and activities of HMA as a platform for developing students’ interests and talents, encouraging them to actively participate in organizational activities and contribute beyond the classroom.

Through this Open Talk event, the Architecture Study Program of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Mataram reaffirmed its commitment to supporting students’ success throughout their academic journey, from the beginning of their studies to graduation.
